These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ICS NOW mobile application ("the App") operated by Cato Technologies ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ICS NOW is a mobile application designed for Incident Command System (ICS) form management, specifically ICS-214 Activity Log forms. The App provides:

  • Form creation and editing capabilities
  • PDF generation and export features
  • Local data storage and management
  • Import/export functionality for data sharing

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Not use the App to transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Maintain the security of your device and data
  • Use the App in accordance with FEMA ICS guidelines

Intellectual Property

  • The App and its content are owned by Cato Technologies
  • All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with us
  • You retain ownership of any data you create using the App
  • FEMA ICS forms and guidelines are property of the Federal Emergency Management Agency

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CATO TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Data and Privacy

  • All data is stored locally on your device
  • We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • Export/import features are for your convenience only

App Updates

We may update the App from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. You agree to install updates when available.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App.

Severability
